They're once again resurfacing M91...which was in terrible need of it. If it doesn't take me too far out of my way, I take the back roads and try to bypass it as much as possible, because being stopped by the flaggers takes as much as 10 - 15 minutes at times.

Winter and construction. As soon as most of the snow is melted it starts and then it doesn't stop again till winter. I"m sick of it.

I know the area pretty well and often have taken other routes when seeing traffic back up and have had little weather or construction related issues.
