If I have a car insured under my name, can I lending to anybody ?
Or do they need to have their own insurance ?

But if there's an accident and they investigate and find this person has been driving the car on a regular basis, they'll likely refuse the claim. Check with your agent before lending your car for an extended period.

If they drive a commercial bus or truck, then they have to have a CDL license for that vehicle. There are different indorsements on the CDL licenses, for instance if you drive a bus then you have to have a Class P indorsement and a CDL B license or an A.
